October 4th Meeting
All - Don't forget to come down to the Gopher Toastmaster meeting at 7 PM. Officers meet at 6:30 and we have a meet and greet at 6:45. The meeting starts at 7PM. Guests are always welcome. Bring a friend or two. We are just starting the next 6 month cycle so it is a good time to join. Hope to see you there. By the way we are located at the Hennepin Center for the Arts, near the warehouse district LRT stop.

Downtown Minneapolis, Gopher Toastmaster's Fall Kick Off Event
Members and Guests - On Monday September 20th we are having a Fall kick off event.
School is back in session, summer vacations are finished -- the time is right to consider brushing off your speaking skills.
When asked the question, "What is your biggest fear", the answer "public speaking" is number 1, even in front of "death" !
Please join us and find out what Toastmaster's is all about. If you have been a Toastmaster and dropped out, come and find how you can rejoin and what you need to do to finish your Competent Communicator award ( requires 10 speeches ).
We will be serving cake and soda so we will be looking forward to having guests and past members join us.
